Moderating Projects

A moderated Project locks playback control in the Screening Room. Only a Project Master can load tracks and control playback in moderated mode; other users cannot load tracks without a Project Master present in the Screening Room.

A moderated Project is useful when you're setting up a presentation for users that you don't want to be viewed until you log in to the Screening Room.

In a non-moderated Project, everyone has playback control in the Screening Room.

Setting moderated status in Exchange

Select the Project from the Projects Panel.

Click the Preferences tab.

Use the Moderated checkbox to change the status.

Note : Only a Project Master can change the moderated mode.

Click the "m" button to set moderated mode on/off.
