Adding Notes

Users can annotate videos and images with text and drawings. Notes are stored in your project for others to read at a later time.

Adding a Text Note

Set the Notes Panel visible.

If the Notes Panel is collapsed, expand it by clicking on the title.

Click the point on the timeline where the Note should be set.

In the Notes Panel, click the Add Note button. The Note Panel will appear.

Type your note in the Note Panel and hit enter, or click the submit button.

Adding a Drawing Note

To make a new note : Click the point on the Timeline where the note should be set OR

To add a drawing to an existing note : Click the note from the Notes Panel.

Click to draw directly on the video screen.

Setting In and Out Points

A note extends over a range of video frames, defined by in and out points. These points are configurable via the Timeline, or by the Note Panel.

To set via the Timeline:

Click the note you wish to edit from the Notes Panel.

Change the Timeline to advanced mode, from the main menu in the top left corner.

On the Timeline, click and drag the edge of the note range box to the new in/out point.

To set via the Note Panel

Click the note you wish to edit from the Notes Panel.

Open the single Note Panel.
screen position
Enter a frame number in the respective in/out text boxes and hit enter, or click the button beside the text box to set the in/out frame. The left text box is for the in frame, the right text box is for the out frame.

Deleting a Note

Click the note in the Notes Panel that you wish to delete.

Click the Delete button.
